Product and experience executive with 10+ years of experience building, scaling, and maturing technology products across fintech, healthcare, agtech, fitness, and e-commerce.
I specialize in turning customer experience into a growth and margin lever. Most recently, I serve as Chief Experience Officer at Varo Bank, where I lead product, design, onboarding, and servicing teams, helping the company reverse stalled growth, strengthen activation, and modernize its customer servicing model while maintaining a high bar for customer experience.
Throughout my career, I’ve focused on helping companies move from intuition-driven product development to disciplined, outcome-led execution. This includes rebuilding underperforming funnels, resetting operating cadences, simplifying what teams measure, and ensuring product roadmaps are tightly coupled to business goals rather than output alone.
My background spans both product management and design, which allows me to operate effectively across strategy, execution, and craft. I’m particularly drawn to mission-driven or cutting-edge technology companies where strong product leadership can materially change the trajectory of the business.
